Dior 5 Couleurs Palette in Mitzah

I splurged.

I decided to get this palette after seeing a few reviews on it and was super impressed by how wearable and work slash school friendly this palette is. However, the price tag is incredibly steep but I think what justified this purchase was its wearability.

PRICE: $60 - o__O

LOVE THE LEOPARD PRINT INSIDE THE VELVET CASE
SUBTLE LEOPARD PRINT IMPRINTED INTO THE SHADOWS!

Essentially, these colours have a very nice sheen but aren't overly shimmery. The centre colour, this gorgeous camel hue is a creamy matte. The outer colours have nice warm toned brown and the cooler tones dark taupe brown. The medium tone colour is so stunning and reflects as a nice warm carmel brown with the slightest sheen! On my lids it is similar to my skin colour but doesn't completely blend in. The lighter colour is a cream shade that has the similar sheen as the other three and is such a nice subtle highlight shade.

Have you ever had eyeshadows that don't swatch well but on the eyes appear a lot more nicer? These are definitely those kind of a eyeshadows.

Even though on my hand they don't appear super pigmented, they still apply nice and smooth and the eyes show up really well. I honestly really recommend this palette if you are looking for a palette that is good for everyday. If the price is keeping you away, think of it as a nice little treat for yourself that would get a lot of use! ;)
